Required Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Desk Administration
- 3+ years’ experience in business process improvements
Preferred Skills
- BA/BS in Information Systems, Project Management, or related major
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex IT systems and processes
- Basic understanding of databases like SQL server, MySQL
- JIRA Atlassian Certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Experienced Jira Service Desk administrator and Confluence administrator – defining and building using custom workflows, post-conditions and custom issue types.
- Review existing projects, permissions, workflows, dashboards and identify where functionality can or cannot meet user requests.
- Creating and migrating JIRA projects and making changes to workflows, screens, and fields
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and advanced filters in JIRA/Confluence/Service Desk to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and customized status reports.
- Working with internal customers to gather their JIRA project requirements and design a scalable solution
- Testing, installing, upgrading, and configuring Jira plugins
