Required Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Desk Administration
- 3+ years’ experience in business process improvements
Preferred Skills
- BA/BS in Information Systems, Project Management, or related major
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex IT systems and processes
- Basic understanding of databases like SQL server, MySQL
- JIRA Atlassian Certification is a plus
- Responsibilities
Experienced Jira Service Desk administrator and Confluence administrator – defining and building using custom workflows, post-conditions and custom issue types.
Review existing projects, permissions, workflows, dashboards and identify where functionality can or cannot meet user requests.
Creating and migrating JIRA projects and making changes to workflows, screens, and fields
Develop metrics, dashboards, and advanced filters in JIRA/Confluence/Service Desk to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and customized status reports.
Working with internal customers to gather their JIRA project requirements and design a scalable solution
Testing, installing, upgrading, and configuring Jira plugins
